If there is a disorder in the maturation of the ovarian follicles, the ovaries can be stimulated with gentle hormone treatment by tablet or injection. To accompany you as best as we can and to detect the unwanted maturation of multiple follicles, the stimulations are monitored by ultrasound examinations. Ultrasound imaging and lab tests will show if there is a mature egg. This allows us to advise you on when ovulation should be triggered with a hormone injection and when is the optimal time for intercourse.

With this type of treatment, you can expect one to three checks per cycle. If the eligibility criteria for such treatment are met, the costs will be covered by health insurance - minus the deductible - for one year.
